Lamai Beach is Samui’s second-largest resort area after Chaweng. It is quieter and less bustling than its big sister, but still with plenty of accommodation, dining and shopping options, and some great spas and tourist sites to explore.<\/p>\n
Located in the central area of Samui\u2019s east coast, the beach at Lamai is considered by many visitors to be the most beautiful one on the island. Downtown Lamai is pretty small and features an agreeable dining, shopping and bar scene; a great place to wander round after sunset.<\/p>\n
Lamai is also close to one of Samui’s tourist attractions – Hin Ta and Hin Yai<\/p>\n
